You are correct with your perception of what my problems are. I will just add something, what's the easiest way to get backlinks (same niche),and how to locate high page rank, dofollow sites without sacrificing too much of my quality time just mere looking. The stats haven't had time to show us anything significant yet and optimisation is tricky when the site is not offering a standard product.
